Is the demo really free?
Yes. We build a demo bot from your public website and send you a private link. No card and no obligation.
Will the AI make things up?
It answers from your website and the instructions you give it, with guardrails so it won't quote prices, give medical or legal advice, or promise things you haven't approved. Like any AI it can occasionally be wrong, which is why every template ships with rules and you test before launch.
Does it work with my website?
It installs with one line of code on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, GoHighLevel and almost any site builder. On Done-For-You, we install it for you.
Where do my leads go?
Your inbox (up to 5 people), Google Sheets, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or any CRM through Make or Zapier. Each lead includes the answers they gave and where they came from.
Can it book appointments or connect to my software?
Yes. Use your booking link in the flow, or set up an AI Action that books into your scheduler, sends a calendar invite or updates your CRM through Make, Zapier, n8n or a direct API call.
Which plans include templates?
Advanced members pick 5 templates, Pro members pick 10 and Agency gets all 16. After you join, you choose the ones you want and we load them into your account. Each template uses one of your bot slots, so you can always swap one out later. Basic starts from a blank canvas.
What's MCP, and do I need it?
MCP lets AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT build and manage your bots for you. It's included on Pro and Agency. You never need it to use BotStudio, but power users and agencies love it.
I'm an agency. Which plan is for me?
Agency. It gives you 100 bots, all 16 templates, MCP and AutoFlows so you can build client bots fast, plus priority support. If you need more than 100 bots or want your own whitelabel, email [email protected] and we'll talk.
Can I white label the chatbot for my clients?
Yes. Advanced, Pro and Agency remove all BotStudio branding from the chat widget, so each bot carries your client's logo, colors and greeting. Agency is built for this, with 100 bots you can build and manage for clients. If you want the whole platform under your own name and domain, email [email protected].
What if I get stuck?
Our Help Center has step-by-step guides and an assistant that answers setup and troubleshooting questions 24/7, the community has the Getting Started course, and our team is one email away at [email protected].
What if I cancel?
Cancel anytime. Your account pauses and your bots stop answering, but nothing is deleted right away, so you can come back to everything exactly as you left it. The Done-For-You setup fee isn't refundable once your build starts. Full details are in our Terms.
